A minimum of $1,000 spend is required to rent the room.
All per person costs, food and drink purchased go towards the minimum spend. NJ Sales tax 7% and Event Staff Gratuity Charge 20% is additional.
STAFFING REQUIREMENTS
The 20% Auto Staff Gratuity charge will cover up to 50 Guests and
includes: two servers, one bartender and event coordinator.
