BUFFET STYLE DINNER PACKAGE

  • three hours call liquors, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages

$55 per person

Upgrade to top-shelf $5 per person

DINNER PACKAGE ADD-ONS

  • Add passed appetizers (choice of 3)  $10 per guest

  • Additional side  $3 per guest

  • Additional entrée choice  $7 per guest

BAR PACKAGE UPGRADE

  • Additional hour open bar  $10 (daytime) $15 (nighttime) per person/per hour

  • Upgraded wine packages are available upon request

All packages are priced per person with a minimum of 30 people. 
NJ Sales tax 7% and Event Staff Gratuity Charge 20% is additional.

STAFFING REQUIREMENTS

Server/Bartender rate for a three-hour event is 20% of net sales with a minimum of $175 per server/per bartender.

  • 51-75 Guests requires additional server @ $150 rate

  • 76-100 Guests requires two additional servers each @ $150 rate
