A minimum of $2,500 spend is required to rent the room.
All per person costs, food and drink purchased go towards the minimum spend. NJ Sales tax 7% and Event Staff Gratuity Charge 20% is additional. All packages are priced per person with a minimum of 50 people.
STAFFING REQUIREMENTS
Server/Bartender rate for a three-hour event is 20% of net sales with a minimum of $175 per server/per bartender.

51-75 Guests requires additional server @ $150 rate

76-100 Guests requires two additional servers each @ $150 rate
